Policies

Completed online orders:

  • This includes Friday Pick-up and all other orders completed online. 
  • All sales are final and non-refundable. Please understand it takes a whole planning, sourcing, and heartfelt manufacturing process to make your order happen, so no refunds or store credit will be issued for forgotten or canceled orders.
  • Pick-up hours for Friday pick-up menu are 11:30am-3:30pm, no exceptions. You may pick up on foot or curbside/drive-thru. You may have to be patient and drive around the block more than once, but come on, a drive-thru option in Old San Juan... does it get better than that? We don't think so ;) 
  • Although we'd love to, we are not able to hold your order beyond our pick-up day/hours. Please plan accordingly when you make your order so as to be respectful of our schedule. If you find yourself in a pickle to come get your goodies, you can send an Uber to pick it up for you! 
  • We will do our best to donate any forgotten goodies to hungry peeps so as to limit food waste, one of our core values. 
  • When you complete any online order you agree to all of our store policies.

Goodies for Groups orders:

  • All catering/events/large group orders must be made and paid in full at least ten (10) work days in advance.
  • We observe a no-cancellation policy within this 10- work day period. If you planned ahead, completed your order in advance, and unfortunately have to cancel for some reason:
    • 11 or more work days prior: Online store credit minus processing fee of 25% of your order total
    • 10 or less work days prior: No store credit. 
  • As aforementioned, we will not issue refunds or store credit for forgotten items/orders. 
  • Pick-up hours are 11:30am-3:30pm on the agreed pick-up date.  

Allergies & Ingredients:

  • Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also processes wheat, walnuts, almonds, sometimes pistachios, eggs, fish, meat & dairy products. If you and/or any of your guests/friends/family have any major allergies, intolerances, and/or concerns, please contact us via telephone or Request a Quote form prior to completing your order. 
  • Please be very clear about any allergies so as to package your order accordingly. If, for instance, you've ordered cookies for an event and know or suspect that one or more of your guests is allergic to walnuts, please let us know so that we make sure to package the cookies separately and label them.
